GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern the conditions for providing a web service consisting of making a temporary web link (URL) and related features (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) available between the operator of the web platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and the user of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
By using the Service or paying the fee, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these GTC.
2. Nature of the Service
The Operator provides the User with a time-limited web presentation in the form of a web link.
The web link primarily serves for the fast and temporary presentation of the User and enables the use of available website features, in particular:
forms,
map elements,
display of basic information,
other supplementary features according to the platform’s current offer.
The Service is not intended as a permanent or archived solution, and the Operator does not guarantee long-term availability or immutability of the content.
3. Time Limitation of the Service
The provision of the web link is tied to a time period corresponding to the paid service duration.
After the expiration of the paid period, the Operator has the right to:
deactivate the web link,
limit its functionality,
or completely remove it without entitlement to compensation.
The Operator is not obliged to retain data or content after the end of the service period.
4. Functionality and Availability of the Service
The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the functionality of the Service; however:
100% availability is not guaranteed,
error-free operation of all features is not guaranteed.
The functionality of the Service may be affected in particular by:
technical failures,
server outages,
system maintenance,
third-party interventions,
force majeure events.
The User acknowledges that the Service is of an informational and presentational nature and is not intended for critical or continuous use.
5. Content and User Responsibility
The User is fully responsible for the content published via the web link.
The User undertakes not to publish content that:
is contrary to legal regulations,
infringes the rights of third parties,
is misleading, deceptive, or unlawful.
The Operator reserves the right to restrict or remove content or deactivate the link if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these conditions.
6. Price and Payments
The Service is provided for a fee according to the currently valid price list or agreement.
By paying the fee, the User acquires the right to use the Service exclusively during the paid period.
Failure to use the Service by the User is not grounds for a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Operator shall not be liable for:
loss of profit,
loss of data,
indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with the use of the Service.
The Operator shall not be liable for Service unavailability caused by technical or external circumstances beyond their control.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
The Operator reserves the right to:
change the scope and features of the Service,
modify the technical solution,
amend these GTC.
Changes to the GTC become effective on the date of their publication on the website.
9. Final Provisions
These GTC are valid and effective as of the date of their publication.
Legal relations not governed by these GTC shall be subject to the legal order applicable in the Operator’s country.
These GTC represent the basic version of the terms and conditions, created and effective from 1 February 2026.
